Revenue Manager | IHG Delhi


Key responsibilities of this role include 

  • Leading cross functional decision making of all revenue generating departments including Sales and Marketing, Rooms, Catering and Food & Beverage








  • Managing all aspects of competitor intelligence; pricing; management of room inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points; distribution channels, market segment mix and acceptance/denial of major group bookings






  • Understanding the composition of hotel profitability and evaluate business in setting rates and negotiation






  • Monitoring competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments and understanding the dynamics of the local market and recommending appropriate actions for the hotel pricing and market mix strategy






  • Creating and implementing programs to achieve greater profitability through increasing average rate, overall occupancy and increased business volume during off-peak periods






  • Ensuring internal communication effectiveness






  • Managing Annual Budgets and cost control initiatives



  • Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Hotel Management and minimum 2 years experience in a similar role 






  • Excellent communication skills, written or oral with proficiency in English and the local languages






  • Excellent presentation skills
