Key responsibilities of this role include
Leading cross functional decision making of all revenue generating departments including Sales and Marketing, Rooms, Catering and Food & Beverage
Managing all aspects of competitor intelligence; pricing; management of room inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points; distribution channels, market segment mix and acceptance/denial of major group bookings
Understanding the composition of hotel profitability and evaluate business in setting rates and negotiation
Monitoring competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments and understanding the dynamics of the local market and recommending appropriate actions for the hotel pricing and market mix strategy
Creating and implementing programs to achieve greater profitability through increasing average rate, overall occupancy and increased business volume during off-peak periods
Ensuring internal communication effectiveness
Managing Annual Budgets and cost control initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Business/Hotel Management and minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, written or oral with proficiency in English and the local languages
Excellent presentation skills
