Job Description

· Maintain and supervise good housekeeping practices in all food production areas (including walk-ins and freezers), strictly enforcing the "clean as you go" policy.


 Ensure compliance with local and state regulations. · Ensure that all workstations at the beginning and end of each shift are adequately set up or broken down for all meal periods. · Constantly spot check food and quality service, during all meal periods, to ensure that foods served meet portion control and quality standards. · Perform as expeditor during peak meal periods. · Assist in interviewing, selection, training and counseling department associates. · Assist in monitoring, receiving and proper storage of food and supplies. · Complete reports and attend meetings as necessary. · Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.


Requirements

Hotel Management Degree or Diploma. Minimum 2 years experience · Operational excellence in Operational job knowledge. · Exceptional leadership skills and management skills. · Good communication skills.
